This Privacy Policy explains how GrowBridge ("GrowBridge", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you access our websites, apps, and services (the "Service").

1. Who We Are

GrowBridge provides an AI-first B2B outbound platform (lead generation, enrichment, messaging, orchestration). For privacy questions or requests, contact support@growbridge.ai.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, organization/workspace identifiers.
  • Workspace data: settings, integrations, API keys you create in the product, and configuration metadata.
  • Prospecting and outreach data: prospects, sequences, messages, campaign configuration, deliverability settings, and related logs.
  • Integration credentials: OAuth tokens and/or session cookies you provide to connect third-party tools (for example, CRM integrations or LinkedIn). Where supported, we encrypt sensitive credentials at rest.
  • Usage and diagnostics: timestamps, actions, device/browser metadata, and operational logs used to secure and improve the Service.
  • Support communications: information you share with us via support requests or feedback.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features.
  • Authenticate users, enforce workspace isolation, and prevent abuse.
  • Run integrations you enable (e.g., syncing data with connected CRMs).
  • Generate analytics, reports, and audit logs inside your workspace.
  • Improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
  • Communicate with you about product updates, security notices, and support responses.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

If you are located in the EEA/UK, we process personal data based on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), and consent where required (e.g., optional cookies).

5. Sharing and Subprocessors

We use trusted vendors to host and operate parts of the Service (for example, infrastructure, databases, logging, and email delivery). We share data only as needed to provide the Service, and we require appropriate confidentiality and security protections.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account/workspace data by contacting support.
