Question 1

What is GrowBridge?

Accepted Answer

An AI-native sales desk for B2B outbound. Its Director turns a sentence into a LinkedIn and email sequence, sends it from your own accounts inside the limits you set, and brings every reply back to one inbox.

Question 2

How long does setup take?

Accepted Answer

About ten minutes: describe your offer, install the extension for LinkedIn, connect Gmail, then ask the Director for a first sequence.

Question 3

Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?

Accepted Answer

No. Signing up asks for no payment details, and the Free plan never opens a payment page: a card is asked for only on Stripe’s checkout, if you later choose a paid plan. Free includes 250 contacts, 25 enrichment credits, 200 AI credits and 10 voice minutes a month. An exchange with the Director uses one AI credit.

Question 4

Does GrowBridge send from its own servers?

Accepted Answer

Not for LinkedIn, by default: messages go out from your own browser through the extension. If you turn on the cloud relay, a browser hosted by GrowBridge, with its own LinkedIn session, sends what is waiting while your computer is off, through a residential address in your usual country. Emails are sent through your own Gmail account, so they come from your address, with Gmail’s reputation, not from a shared sending server.

Question 5

How many messages can go out a day?

Accepted Answer

LinkedIn follows the daily limits you set for your workspace. Invitations start at 17 a day and go up to 40 on a paid plan (25 on Free), with never more than 200 over any 7 days and 800 a month (200 on Free). Email is capped at 50 a day per connected Gmail sender. When the room is used, the queue waits for the next sending window.

Question 6

Will the AI send without me?

Accepted Answer

It never creates campaigns or sequences without your yes, and you choose which messages need your review before sending. Voice calls always wait for a person to approve them.

Question 7

What can the Director do today?

Accepted Answer

Read your campaigns, prospects, sequences, inbox and quotas; draft sequences and create them as drafts after you confirm; pause and resume campaigns; and open the right page for everything else.

Question 8

What does an exchange with the Director cost?

Accepted Answer

One AI credit, debited when the Director has answered. Nothing is debited for an error, a message sent twice, or a button click that runs without the AI. Messages written by the AI cost one credit each; any other spending (AI writing, enrichment), any send and any launch still wait for your confirmation.

Question 9

Does it make things up?

Accepted Answer

It writes only from your offer and the proof you mark as quotable. When a number cannot be measured, its cards show a dash and the reason instead of a guess.

Question 10

Which tools does it connect to?

Accepted Answer

LinkedIn through the extension, Gmail for sending and reading, Outlook for reading, Google and Microsoft calendars for meetings, and HubSpot for your CRM. Contact enrichment finds missing work emails.

Question 11

Where is my data stored?

Accepted Answer

In your workspace, separated from every other workspace. You can export your data or delete your account from Settings.
