Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GrowBridge (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Early Access / Beta

Parts of the Service may be offered as early access. Features may change, be removed, or become unavailable. Where a feature is not shipped, the product will explicitly indicate that it is in progress.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and workspace.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes:

• Violating laws, regulations, or third-party terms (including messaging platform policies).
• Sending spam or unauthorized outreach, or scraping in a way that violates applicable terms.
• Attempting to access other tenants’ data, probe security, or disrupt the Service.

4. Integrations and Third-Party Services

You may connect third-party services (e.g., email providers, CRMs, LinkedIn). You represent that you have the right to connect those accounts and to process any data you sync. Third-party services are not controlled by GrowBridge and may change without notice.

5. Plans, Free Tier, and Billing

GrowBridge may offer a free plan and paid plans. During the current stage, some billing functionality may be limited or not yet available. Any paid plan details will be presented in-product prior to purchase.

6. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your data. You grant GrowBridge a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service, and to comply with legal obligations.

7. Confidentiality

You and GrowBridge will use reasonable care to protect confidential information disclosed in connection with the Service.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowBridge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. GrowBridge’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts paid by you to GrowBridge for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you are on a free plan).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. GrowBridge may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice in-product or by email.
