Waitlist privacy notice

Notice dated 24 October 2026

This notice explains what GrowBridge does with the details you give when you join its waitlist, as required by Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

What you enter in the form:

  • required: your name, your work email address and your company;
  • optional: your company's website, your role, your team size, your main prospecting channel and your message;
  • your consent: the ticked box, with the exact text shown, its version, the date and the time.

What we record with your sign-up:

  • the date of your sign-up and of its updates, the number of times you signed up, and the language of the page;
  • the source and campaign that brought you, if the page address carried them (the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content parameters and the ref referral code);
  • your truncated IP address (its last part is erased: the full address is only used, in memory, to limit repeated attempts, and is not recorded with your sign-up);
  • a referral code and an unsubscribe link of your own, the date the confirmation email was sent, your unsubscription if any, and the follow-up of your request (new, contacted, selected for the pilot, not selected);
  • if you are selected for the pilot programme: the invitation to create your account (your email address, your language and its dates; the invitation link itself is not kept, only its fingerprint).

Purposes

  • Contacting you again about the GrowBridge pilot programme and launch.
  • Sending you the confirmation email for your sign-up.

This data is used for nothing else.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time, through the unsubscribe link in our emails or by writing to ali.kouiri@growbridge.cloud. Withdrawal does not affect what was done before.

Retention

Until you withdraw your consent, and at most 12 months after the commercial launch of GrowBridge. Your data is then deleted.

Recipients and processors

The waitlist is read only by GrowBridge (its manager and the people he authorises). The following providers process this data on our behalf, each for its own task only:

  • OVH SAS (France): hosting of the servers that receive the form;
  • Supabase, on Amazon Web Services (Paris region, European Union): the database where your sign-up is kept;
  • Resend (United States): sending the confirmation email;
  • Google (Google Workspace): our mailbox, when we write to you or you reply to us.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Transfers outside the European Union

GROWBRIDGE LLC is established in the United States: your data is processed under the responsibility of a US company. Some of our providers are also established in the United States, or may access the data from there. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or, where the provider participates in it, by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You can obtain a copy of the applicable safeguards by writing to ali.kouiri@growbridge.cloud.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to ali.kouiri@growbridge.cloud.

You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or with the data protection authority of your country.
